It is located at 1001 Parkway Suite 2, Gatlinburg, TN 37738.

2. How much is parking?

Parking is charged per vehicle both downtown and on the mountain. Please check their official website for prices. Note: Parking is not available for buses and oversized vehicles on the mountain during weekends and holidays.

3. What forms of payment are accepted?

Ober accepts cash, travelers checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. American Express is accepted only for tickets and merchandise from Ober-owned shops.

4. What is the pet policy?

Pets are not permitted on any premises, including the Tramway Mall and Aerial Tramway. Service animals as defined by the ADA are allowed on the Tram and most public areas but not on rides or the ice rink.

5. Does Ober rent strollers and wheelchairs?

Strollers and wheelchairs are not available for rent at this time.

6. Is Ober wheelchair accessible?

The Aerial Tramway and most park areas are accessible, with attendant assistance available upon request. Please contact us for specific accessibility information.

7. Can I bring food or alcohol?

Outside food and alcoholic beverages are prohibited. Beer is available for purchase at Ober’s Snackbar.

8. How often does the Aerial Tram leave?

The Tram departs every 20 minutes for a 10-minute journey covering 2.1 miles between the downtown tram terminal and the mountain resort.

9. When should I plan my trip to avoid large crowds?

For a less crowded experience, visit on weekdays, during night sessions, or outside of holiday periods. Allow extra time for parking and ticket purchases.
