Question: Can I purchase tickets for my friends & family?

Answer: Yes, you are allowed to purchase tickets for friends and family.

Question: Are the tickets good for adults and children?

Answer: Yes, the tickets are good for either 1 adult or 1 child. Example: If you have an one adult and one child who want to go to the amusement park you would order two tickets.

Question: How do I receive my tickets?

Answer: Tickets are emailed to you and you print them out and bring them to the park

Question: Do I have to wait in the ticket line at the park?

Answer: No you can skip the line and bring your printed out ticket directly to the gate

Question: How long does it take for my tickets to be emailed to me

Answer: It can take up to 24 hours, but a general rule is if you order them by 5 pm you will usually get them by 10pm. However, we recommend ordering them 24 hours in advance because it can sometimes take the full 24 hours. If you order them and do NOT get them within 24 hours make sure to email us at customerservice@greatworkperks.com
